Movements 4 Life
A combination of strength and cardio exercises, that move through the most common movements patterns in life. It will improve your overall strength, balance and fitness.
I often like to throw some play in as well to remind you how important it is to have fun!
HIIT /Metafit. High Intensity Interval Training
High Intensity Interval Training which includes short bursts of an exercise with little rest in between.
All exercises use your bodyweight only. Modifications can be made for every exercise.
Myofascial Mobility
Our muscles, tendons, ligaments and organs are all encased in thin layers of connective tissue. They are like elastic bands that run in different lines throughout our body, but are all connected to one another.
In this class we move in different ways to make space in our myofascial lines to enhance our mobility and stability.
