The Breathe 360 workshop aims to create an awareness of your own breathing pattern and give you an understanding of how it may impact your physical and mental health.
It is an interactive session so participants will practice gentle movements as well as guided breathing exercises.
By the end of the session participants will have the confidence and understanding of how they can make small, daily lifestyle changes that will enhance their overall health.
